Procedure for registering the UMM path

A. Students make registration payments to the SPMB Treasurer or Transfer to a BRI Bank Account NO. Account 0121.01.002270.30.4 A/n BPN 047 Balikpapan State Polytechnic. To obtain a Registration PIN, upload the Registration Payment Proof on the http://spmb.poltekba.ac.id page;

B. Online Registration http://spmb.poltekba.ac.id ;

C. Print UMM Participant Cards (minimum 2 sheets) http://spmb.poltekba.ac.id ;

D. Students who are declared to have passed the Independent Entrance Examination (UMM) Academic Test must complete the administrative requirements for the final selection, including:

  • UMM Participant Card;
  • Recent recent photograph (color) size 4×6 2 pieces ( FRM/SPMB/08.06.0 );
  • Photocopies of diplomas and transcripts that have been legalized for SMA/SMK/MA/MAK students with graduation years 2020 and 2021;
  • Photocopies of Graduation Certificates that have been legalized for SMA/SMK/MA/MAK students with a graduation year 2022 for diplomas and transcripts that have not been issued (Photocopies of diplomas and transcripts that have been legalized must be submitted at the time of re-registration);
  • Statement Letter of Willingness & Ability to Pay Tuition Fees with stamp duty ( FRM.SPMB.08.02.2 );
  • Photocopy of certificate/charter in the non-academic field which is legalized by the school (valid for the last 3 years) and shows the original certificate/charter;
  • For those who have a certificate / charter in the non-academic field (point v) whose name is not listed on the certificate / charter, must attach a certificate issued by the school / activity organizer:
  • Photocopy of Family Card, Photocopy of ID Card (Data on ID must be the same as data on Family Card);

E. Prospective students who are declared graduated and accepted as students of the Balikpapan State Polytechnic are required to submit proof of registration and the requirements that have been determined using the map provided, for prospective students from outside the city of Balikpapan can send files by post (Post Stamp Maximum 1 Week After Finalization of participant data ) .
